Cancellation/Refund Policy:
All cancellations are subject to a non-refundable $100 cancellation fee and a 6% transaction fee for credit card payments. Workshop registration may be canceled with a full refund, less a $100 cancellation fee and a 6% transaction fee for credit card payments, provided written notification is received to [email protected] 14 days prior to the start of the course. Registration is non-refundable 14 days prior to the event. Registrants who choose not to attend the seminar without notice will not be eligible for a refund. All cancellations must be made in writing and emailed to [email protected]. Refunds will be credited back to the original credit card used for payment or by check if applicable. In the unlikely event that this seminar will need to be canceled due to covid or other unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be made. We will not pay for travel costs incurred due to a canceled class.
Only licensed acupuncturists, or other medical professionals whose scope of practice includes the insertion of needles into the body, may take this course.
